What does load-on attendance include?

Full attendance from arrival alongside the cargo vessel through to departure. This includes condition documentation with timestamped photos, cradle and lashing inspection, close coordination with the carrier's deck team, and a signed handover report.

Do you provide condition surveys before and after transport?

Yes. We document the vessel's condition with detailed photography at both load-on and load-off. This creates a clear record for insurance purposes and gives owners confidence their vessel was handled properly.

Can you deliver the yacht to and from the cargo port?

Absolutely. We offer end-to-end service combining delivery sailing to the cargo port, load-on attendance, and then load-off attendance and onward delivery at the destination.

How do you handle delays at the cargo port?

Port delays happen. Our crew remain on standby and we keep all parties informed with regular updates via HELM. We log delay reasons and adjust schedules proactively.

Our captains and ops team manage the full process from pre-departure preparation through to final lashing checks and condition documentation. Owners, brokers and cargo providers maintain visibility throughout.
