We work with professional crew on a delivery-by-delivery basis. Terms are agreed in advance, expenses are reimbursed promptly, and operational support is available throughout.
Rates of Pay
All terms are confirmed before departure.
Standard terms:

Development
We support crew development where possible.
Operational Support
Shore-based support is available throughout each delivery.

Professional meteorological support and route guidance.

24/7 availability for logistics, emergencies, and coordination.
Documentation
Port clearances, customs, and regulatory paperwork handled in advance.
Crew Welfare
