It depends on the route. Gibraltar to the French Riviera takes around 6 to 7 days at an average of 6 knots. A full west-to-east transit from Gibraltar to Turkey typically takes 13 to 15 days, depending on weather windows and refuelling stops.
What is the best season for Mediterranean yacht delivery?+
April to June and September to October offer the most reliable weather windows. The Meltemi season (July to August) in the Aegean can create challenging conditions for eastbound passages, but we plan around these patterns.
Can you deliver through the Strait of Messina?+
Yes. We regularly transit the Strait of Messina, timing passages to work with tidal currents. It is a standard part of our east-west Mediterranean routing.
Do you handle customs and port clearance in the Med?+
We manage all port entry paperwork, customs declarations, and transit logs. For non-EU flagged vessels entering EU waters, we coordinate temporary importation paperwork as required.
